- At Dana Hall in Wellesley.
- July 6th-August 14th (plus a training week that you get paid for)
- 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
About this position:
Spy Camp Counselors create an immersive, high-energy environment where campers become “secret agents” solving mysteries, cracking codes, and completing team-based missions. Counselors guide campers through a mix of physical challenges, problem-solving activities, and traditional camp fun, fostering teamwork, confidence, and critical thinking skills.
This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, creative, and enjoy engaging children through imaginative, hands-on experiences.
We provide the curriculum, but you will lead and facilitate daily spy-themed activities such as:

- Code breaking and decoding challenges.
- Agility and obstacle training (e.g., laser crossing, maze navigation).
- Communication exercises (e.g., invisible messaging, eavesdropping simulations).
- Forensic-style activities like fingerprint analysis.
